As weannounced earlier this year, wearecontinuing to rollout thenewRLDatixPolicyStatuser experience!Based on valuable feedback from you, we have made some big changes.The new user interface (UI)allows for the same modern user experience across all desktops and deviceswith improved search,navigation, and look and feel.Throughout the month of May we willroll out the’PolicyStat Beta’ toggle switch. This allows Admins and end-users the option of takingthe new UI for a test spin. All you have to do to try it out is click on the beta toggle switch just below the PolicyStat logo.After the May rollout, the PolicyStat team will make final adjustments to the new UI. The current target date for ‘finalizing pages’ is end of August 2021, giving your organization plenty of time to update any internal training materials. Current UI New UI New UIRollout Roadmap(Subject to changes) May 2021 Rollout begins and all customers willbe able to accessthe new PolicyStat toggle switch(underthe PolicyStat logo).PolicyStat willcontinue todefault to the legacyUIwhen accessed. Site administrators and end-users will be able tooptionally switch to using the new UI or go back to the legacy UIatany time. Use this time to ensure your users receive the necessary training on the new UI. Training resources are available on SupportHUB and under the Help Link in the product. August2021 End of August target for all pages to be updated to new UI. We will notify you when this is complete so you can update your training materials accordingly. November 2021 PolicyStat will default to the new UI. Users will be able to switch back to the legacy UI by using the toggle switch. January2022 The PolicyStat product will only be available in the new UI.
